Kuilsriver Men’s meeting. T-Gif (Today God is First)

The men from T-Gif, invited William to come share his testimony and bring Word. The meeting was held in the Kuilsriver South, Dutch Reformed Church at 05h15 on a Friday morning.

Message Summary:

(John 1:12-13)  “Yet to all who received Him, to those who believed in His Name, He gave the right to become children of God. Children born not of natuaral descent, nor of human decision, or from man’s will, but born of God.”

Praise God! How glorious is Jesus, that because of His great love toward us, we are gathered here this morning not as men, but as the son’s of God. Born of God! When we face circumstances in our life, I know that one thinks, “I don’t have the strength to continue” Allow me to tell you this morning that God knows your strengths, and your weaknesses. No matter what you are going through, God is on your side and HE is with you. Therefore He will never allow satan to do to you as he pleases. Remember, God is always in control. Jesus said to Simon, “Simon, Simon, satan asked to sift you as wheat. But I have prayed for you that your faith may not fail, and when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers.” (Luke 22:31) God has put a limit on what satan can do to you. You might ask, “what good can ever come from my suffering?” Let me show you something this morning; What good could possibly have come from Joseph sufferings? His brothers betrayed him. Pharo’s wife falsely accused him and Joseph spent 12 years in prison. But he finally said to his brothers, “You had thought evil against me, but God thought it good towards me to save a nation.” (Genisis 50:20) Joseph was finally exalted to second in command to Pharo, and was responsible for saving a great famine in Egypt.

What good could possibly have come from Apostle Paul’s suffering? He was shipwrecked, beaten, thrown in Prison and whiped. Paul said. “Indeed in our hearts we felt the sentence of death. But this happened that we might not rely on ourselves but on God who raises the dead.” (2 Corinthians 1:9) You see it is God’s ultimate purpose to do you good. You are God’s son’s and He loves you. Face your circumstances knowing that God’s purpose is to do you good. Grasp this, and I promise that all the powers of darkness will have a lessor effect on you. God’s storehouses are full for you. They are filled with spiritual blessings. Spiritual riches. Health. Peace and great victories. You are the sons of the Living God and you are part of His great end time plan. Rise up in this truth, that the war has been won. Remember no power of hell can ever overcome you or pluck you from Jesus’ hand. The Lord is your Strong tower. When the enemy surrounds you, remeber how mighty your God is and keep your eyes on your God. Won’t you go tell some one today that God loves them and give them the same wonderful opportunity you have recieved, to be introduced to their Father who is in Heaven.
