Spring Arrives In The Dry Karoo. Beaufort West. 01 September 2012

Men and women from the local churches gathered to listen to Christa as she had been invited as speaker.

Message Summary:

The first of September officially announces the beginning of a new season. Spring has come. During this time we become aware of how the climate changes. Sunshine is warmer and the days are a little longer. The joyful singing of birds can be heard. New leaves and blossoms are visible on the trees. There is a sweet aroma that fills the air. The dry landscape transforms into a sea of green growth. And we become aware of the new life all around us.

Just as we experience this new season, so God desires to bring us into our new spiritual season of newness, healing, freedom, health and prosperity in all areas of our lives. God does not want you to live in the past any longer. Romans 12:2 reads: “Do not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you].  Now is the time for restoration and healing. We are all being transformed and changed from glory to glory so that we can be without spot or blemish. In this new season, God Himself is doing a new thing in our lives.

Now we can live with a song in our hearts, “the old has gone, behold the new has come” Jesus says: “all who are heavy laden and overburden, Come to Me, and I will give you rest.  (I will ease and relieve and refresh your soul) and give you peace. Amen
