The event was arranged by the local SAPS to celebrate woman’s month and to encourage woman of the area that they don’t stand alone. William and Reverend John from the Dutch Reformed church were among those who were invited as speakers.

Don’t lose hope. Don’t give up just yet. Even though there is so much wrong going on in your community, even though there are 66,000 rapes reported a year. Even though it looks like your children are heading into a life of uncertainty. If you PRESS ON, and hold on to God, God will bless you, and use you as His bride to heal this land.
